Handmade to order with Oeko-Tex Standard certified 100% cotton or linen in beautiful assorted florals and nature inspired colors, filled with rice and with or without organic lavender/ chamomile buds and essential oils for a very light, relaxing scent. Shape is made to rest along the base of your neck and over shoulders, or around belly during pregnancy+birth to ease muscle tension and aid in relaxation and rest.

Instructions:
HEATING PAD
Heat in microwave for 30-second intervals until reaching desired temp
COOLING PAD
Freeze for about 2 hours
Spot clean when necessary
